Professor Liu Chendan phD, born in Jan 1953,is a CPC member, a doctoral supervisor inPostgraduateTeachingand ResearchSection, and an executive member of China Cognitive Linguistics Association. He is a winner of State Council Allowance, the third prize of Zeng Xianzi Teaching Award and May 1st Labour Medal of Henan Province. He isinterestedin cognitive linguistics and text linguistics, has published 50 papers and hosted 3 national projects sponsored byNationalSocial Science Fund of China.
